An affiliate of DRA Advisors in New York has picked up an industrial property in Dania Beach just west of Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport for $13.12 million. Located at 2200 S.W. 45th Street, the 142,079 sqf two-story building was built in 1983 on a 9 acre site. The vendor, Boston-based Cabot Properties, acquired the building in 2005 for $9.2 million. The asset changed hands for just over $92 per square foot.
