Private equity firm Cabot Properties has acquired a tire distribution warehouse in Royal Palm Beach, Florida for $15.725 million. The 124,420 square-foot warehouse is leased to American Tire Distributors, a market leader. Built in 2013, the building sits on a 6.5-acre site at 601 North 103rd Avenue and traded for just over $126 per square foot. The seller was an affiliate of Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania based Exeter Property Group which also built and developed the asset.
