In an effort to establish its position on the property management market, Caelum Development launched its new business this month, Caelum Real Estate Asset Management, or CREAM, for short. At this stage, CREAM is active primarily in Poland where Caelum says it is managing its own portfolio along with one mixed-use development called Wratislavia Center, which is open for business in Wrocław. According to an unofficial source, CREAM is currently deeply in talks to add an additional project in Gdańsk to its management portfolio, where it would support B2B processes and handle the leasing process for the property. The new business is made from Caelum Development’s management team.
