JLL has announced that Caleb Lewis will be joining the company’s Tampa office as Vice President. Lewis’s duties will include increasing JLL’s market share in Tampa Bay and strengthening its tenant representation services. Prior to joining JLL, he served as the sole Principal of the Cresa Tampa Bay office, where he specialized in tenant representation. He also spent 10 years at Bishop & Associates. Lewis holds a bachelors of science degree from Greensboro College in North Carolina and is a member of the trade organization NAIOP.
