The regional call center market will likely reached a turnover of approximately €200m in 2012, according to estimations from Computer Generated Solutions (CGS).
There are approximately 200 companies offering call center services on the Romanian market. Most of these companies are internal call centers which belong to corporations.
However, Vladimir Sterescu, country manager of CGS, said that call center outsourcing is growing. continued to grow this year. the growth started in previous years, both as a result of the amplification of the phenomenon of outsourcing the services in the case of companies in Romania.
