Choice Hotels International and Integrated Plankinton Milwaukee, an affiliate of Murphy Development Group, broke ground on Cambria Hotel Milwaukee. Going up in downtown Milwaukee, the hotel will offer 132 rooms on four stories. The site is close to the offices of a number of major employers such as WE Energies, Northwestern Mutual, Harley-Davidson, Aurora Health Care and US Bank. The Frontier Airlines Convention Center, the US Cellular Arena, the Harley-Davidson Museum, the Milwaukee Riverwalk and the Milwaukee Repertory Theater are also in close proximity. Consolidated Construction has been tapped to build the hotel, which is expected to open in the summer of 2019.

We look forward to working with them again to introduce the Cambria Hotel Milwaukee as a new upscale hotel for visitors and locals.”
