Choice Hotels International and Fillmore Capital Partners and Fillmore Hospitality have opened the newest addition to the Cambria Hotels portfolio, the Cambria Hotel New Orleans Warehouse District. The 162 room newly constructed property is located in the Arts and Warehouse District near the city’s French Quarter. The hotel features contemporary on-site dining, 1,200 square feet of meeting space and a fitness center. “This is another important milestone for the Cambria Hotels brand as we continue to open in markets with a balance of cultural and corporate offerings demanded and valued by today’s modern traveler,” said Janis Cannon, senior vice president, upscale brands at Choice Hotels. “We’re thrilled to once again have worked with Fillmore Hospitality to bring this great property to market.
