Cortland Partners, an Atlanta-based apartment invest group, has purchased Camden Bayside for $85m. This massive waterfront apartment complex, located off South West Shore Boulevard in Tampa, was sold by Houston-based Camden Property Trust, which had held the property since purchasing it in 1996 from Paragon Group. Paragon developed the premise in phases between 1986 and 1989. The property was 96-percent occupied at the end of 2014 with average rents of $853 per unit or $1.14 per square foot.
