Campari America moves HQ from San Francisco to NYC

28 February 2018

Campari America, the stateside arm of Italy’s Campari Group, has signed a 65,000 square foot lease at the Grace Building on Bryant Park. The alcohol beverages producer inked a 10 year lease with the building’s owners, Brookfield Property Partners and the Swig Company. The company’s lease covers the full 18th and 19th floors in the 48-story building, which is located at 1114 Sixth Avenue. The firm is moving its U.S.-based headquarters from San Francisco in order to be closer to its operations in Milan, Kentucky, Jamaica, Mexico and Canada. Colliers International represented Campari in the deal while CBRE handled leasing at the Grace Building.

ā€œThis move will help to increase collaboration with key business partners and our Milan counterparts; allow us to more easily hire candidates with deep spirits experience; and give us the room to expand as we grow our portfolio of premium brands,ā€ said Jean Jacques Dubau, Campari Group’s managing director for its business unit in North America.
