AFI Europe signed the first lease contract at its AFI Vokovice office complex on Evropská street in Prague 6. Canadian Medical Care (CMC) is taking 2,300 sqm for its headquarters in Building B and plans to open a private clinic there as well. The medical care provider, a member of EUC group, is taking four levels in the building as well as the first underground level. CMC will be the building’s majority tenant. Another tenant will open a pharmacy on 125 sqm in the building. CMC will relocate to AFI Vokovice, situated at the busy transport hub above the Nádražà VeleslavĂn metro station, from the VeleslavĂn chateau, where it was seated for 20 years. It plans to open a high-tech dental center and implement a new concept of ambulant medical care at the new location. AFI Vokovice, featuring two buildings with six and eight levels, was designed by DAM architects and aspires to get a LEED Platinum certificate. CMC plans to move into its new premises in September 2018, shortly after the project secures a use permit.
