The consulting, technology and outsourcing service provider Capgemini signed a lease on 1,100 sqm of space in Building C of Skanska’s Green Court scheme in Bucharest.
“We decided that Bucharest is the location for our advisory, applications and SaaS platforms teams. Our goal this year is to expand our work and team by 40 percent,” said Philippe Beucher, managing director of Capgemini Services Romania.
The French company is the second company to take space in Building C. Unica Sport signed a lease on 600 sqm in the building this spring. Construction of Building C was completed on June 1, adding about 16,300 sqm of office space to the city.
