Capgemini signs on at Silesia Business Park, extends Atrium 1 lease

26 February 2015

Capgemini Polska took 5,600 sqm of offices at Skanska’s Silesia Business Park, currently underway in the city of Katowice. The IT and consulting service provider also extended its lease at Skanska’s Atrium 1 in Warsaw. Although no further details were disclosed, JLL’s Kamil Krępa, who brokered the deal, said that combining two deals has made it possible for Capgemini to optimize costs and secure attractive terms in its lease agreements.

Silesia Business Park will add more than 48,000 sqm of leasable space to the Katowice office market in four buildings. The project’s first phase has already been delivered, while work on B Building is set to resume in the third quarter of 2015. Construction on the last two buildings are expected to begin soon, Skanska’s Arkadiusz Rudzki said.
