Capgemini, a leading consulting, IT and outsourcing company, has leased 13,000 sqm at Business Garden in Wrocław. The company was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Business Garden offers 110,000 sqm of office and service space in nine buildings. The three buildings in the first phase of the investment, developed by Vastint Poland, received certification LEED Platinum. “We’ve had the pleasure of working with Capgemini for over two years, and this is our third transaction. We are delighted that our client has a strong faith in expansion in Poland and has decided to enter into another long-term lease this time in Wrocław and in one of the most beautiful business parks in the country,” said Krzysztof Misiak, partner and head of regional cities at Cushman & Wakefield.
