Immovation Group has sold a residential portfolio of 577 units in Heidenheim an der Brenz (Baden-Württemberg) to Capital Bay GmbH (Berlin). The acquisition is the largest residential transaction for Capital Bay so far with the total area purchased being nearly 38,300 sqm. The company was only recently founded in late March 2016. Engels & Völkers Investment Consulting GmbH consulted the purchase.
