Capital Park Group has secured BREEAM Very Good certification for its Royal Wilanów project in Warsaw. The investor expects to have the project completed in the third quarter of 2015. The Polish builder Erbud is overseeing construction. The five-story project will add 29,787 sqm of office space to the Warsaw real estate market, along with a three-level underground parking garage for 915 cars. JEMS Architekci designed the project. Colliers International is overseeing the leasing process for the office component in the investment, while BOIG is in charge of the retail space. Capital Park secured two loans worth €61m and PLN 20m from Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski SA.
