Capital Park has secured the building permit for it Art Norblin project. The company said it expects to select the general contractor within the next couple of months. The investment involves the revitalization of the former Norblin factory in Warsaw. The scheme includes 64,000 sqm of lettable space, of which 40,000 sqm will be offices. Construction is scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2015.
“We see this project as a real challenge, even for such an experienced investor as ourselves,” says Kinga Nowakowska of Capital Park. She adds that it has taken six years for the company to prepare the project.
