Capital Property Advisors ia launching a new retail leasing department. Radu Lucianu, managing partner of Capital Property Advisors said that the new department will serve both owners of the shopping centers as well as the retailers present on the Romanian market.
The head of the newly department is Mihaela Petruescu, who comes to the job with six years experience on Romania’s retail market.
