The Capital Square office building in central Budapest has earned a LEED Gold certification, providing another argument for its owner CA Immo in its drive to maintain its current occupancy levels. The 32,500 sqm building is located on Vaci ut, the city’s most highly sought after office location. Tenants include Manpower, First Clients, MKB, UniCredit, KCI, and Albemarle. The office space rents for between €12.5 to €14 per square meter, while the retail space in the building goes for between €14 and €17. The certification of Capital Square is part of an ongoing program by CA Immo to ensure its entire portfolio meets the standards of LEED, DGNB or ÖGNI.
