Capital Tower, a new office building in the center of Sarajevo, will open in March. The building is going up in the former Kumrovec complex built in 2008 in the Otoka district. It was acquired last year by the Syrian investor Abdullah Mahdi. The 16-floor building offers 10,000 sqm of space and will be leased out to a growing collection of local and international companies demanding modern office space.
