Capstone buys Sarasota Commerce Center II for $23.5m

The former office of Arthur Andersen has been sold to an affiliate of Bedford, N.H.-based Capstone Management in a $23.5 million transaction. Located at 101 Paramount Drive, the asset, Sarasota Commerce Center II, is the third office building procured by Capstone Management in the greater Sarasota area. The three story 157,500 square foot building is anchored by Universal North America Insurance Co. and Shared Services Center. Built in 1999, the office building changed hands for just under $150 per sqf.
