A.J. Caputo has joined the property company Middleburg as Vice President of Asset Management. Caputo will oversee all asset management activities for Middleburg’s assets and those managed within its funds. Prior to joining Middleburg, Caputo served as Director of Asset Management at Clark Realty Corporation. He has also worked for The Habitat Company in Chicago, Illinois as Senior Vice President of multifamily development and asset management. Caputo is a graduate of Lake Forest College in Illinois.
