Carestream Health, a medical solutions provider, opened an office in Romania in June in West Gate Business Park, developed by Liviu Tudor in western Bucharest in the Militari neighborhood.
Carestream Health headquarters in Bucharest took a space of 1250 sqm in the JLL-brokered deal and is located in Building Four of the West Gate office complex. The first three office buildings have been fully-leased, and the fourth building, with a GLA of 15,400 sqm, should be full by the summer. Construction for the 5th office building is underway, with the completion scheduled for December 2012.
Liviu Tudor, the developer of West Gate Business Park, plans to build a total of 9 H-shaped buildings along with a hotel, a shopping gallery, a fitness center and spa, a residential complex and tennis courts.
