Cargill Hungary has announced it will be leasing 900 square meters from Atenor at their latest development – the Arena Business Campus. The tenant was represented by Colliers International and Atenor was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Cargill Hungary will occupy space in the Arena Business Campus’s building “A” that received its occupancy permit in May 2020. Atenor has leased around 40% of the 21.000 square meters of office space available. Building “B” is scheduled to be completed mid 2021.
