The courier company Cargus signed with CTP for 3,400 sqm of logistics space in the CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal project, the only industrial park in the country that has an air cargo terminal. The transaction marks the expansion of the collaboration between CTP and Cargus, the company being already present in the CTP portfolio in Bucharest and Timisoara.
“Easy access to the airport in the northwest of the country will allow us to continue optimizing our logistics operations and expand the company’s development internationally – Oradea will be an important hub for the cross-border segment,” says Olivier Van Houtte, Cargus CEO.
CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal is built on land with an area of 14.4 hectares and benefits from a direct connection to Oradea Airport.
