The Belgian entrepreneur Carl Decoopman has sold a 6.7 ha logistics park in Miercurea Sibiului, central Romania, to Jos Deslee BVBA for €8.5m. Jos Deslee BVBA is a leading textile producer for mattresses. The buyer and the seller were assisted in this transaction by the Voicu & Filipescu law firm.
