Caroline Gardiner was named head of facilities management for the EMEA region at Cushman & Wakefield. She will be part of the company’s global occupier services team. Gardiner spent the past three years working as a consultant for Citigroup. She was project lead for global outsourcing of the Fortune 500 bank’s facilities management services across 98 countries within four regions.“Corporations are increasingly outsourcing some or all of the management and operation of their facilities,” Gardiner said. “It is an exciting time in the sector, and my insights, along with the team, will help inform our future growth strategy, global alignment and intelligent IFM capability to benefit new and existing clients, creating and delivering that all-important user experience.”
