Carrefour Romania took 6,850 sqm of offices in Building B of Skanska’s Green Court Bucharest. The deal, which was brokered by CBRE, brings the building’s occupancy rate to 61 percent. Carrefour will move in later this year. Approximately 500 employees will work in the new space. The French retailer also plans to open a CarrefourMarket in the building.
Other tenants in Building B include Sanofi and Adecco. Green Court Bucharest is the first office project developed by Skanska in Romania. It offers 52,000 sqm of space in three buildings
