Carrier Refrigeration Operation Czech Republic has extended its lease at the Žebrák Industrial Zone for space it moved into last August and committed to occupying two additional buildings. The real estate agency Professionals acted as agents on the deal. Developed in the 1990’s, the Žebrák Industrial Zone is located on the D5 motorway halfway between Prague and Pilsen. “After expending the lease contract, the tenant is using over 2,500 sqm of internal space and 1,200 sqm of outdoor space,” says Petr Mrázek, Head of landlord representation for Professionals. The company is a leading producer of refrigeration and freezing units for supermarkets and hypermarkets.
