Carruth Capital has acquired a four-building Class A office park located in Westborough, Massachusetts in a $40.7 million transaction. Purchased from Equus Capital Partners, the 384,000 square foot Westborough Office Park is located along West Park Drive at the intersection of Interstate 495 and Route 9. Built on a 45 acre site, the office buildings were 90 percent leased at the time of sale. With this purchase, Carruth now owns more than 3 million square feet of commercial properties in 40 buildings comprising 180 tenants. CBRE/New England’s Dave Pergola and Brian Doherty represented the seller and procured the buyer.
