Tampa based real estate company Carter Validus has bought three condominium units in the Hampton Medical Arts Center in Deerwood for $6.8 million. Located at 7751 Baymeadows Road, the medical center was built in 2009. Two of the units are 2,120 square feet and the other unit is 8,263 square feet. The seller, Theriac Enterprises of Jacksonville, still owns five of the nine units in the complex. The remaining unit is owned by RCHO Investments 2 LLC, which bought its unit in 2009 for $3.1 million.
