The Atlanta-based developer Carter has secured $70 million in construction financing for a 23 story residential tower in downtown Tampa. The mixed use development will feature 362 apartments and an amenities that includes a pool deck and terrace, a ground level fitness center and a clubroom on the top floor. Also included in the scheme is a six story parking garage and 6,500 square feet of ground level retail space. The project sits on a one acre site located within downtown Tampa and the River Arts District. Construction is slated for completion in late 2017.
