The Carturesti bookstore chain will expand at the end of May by opening its first office building location. The new bookstore is located on the ground floor of the America House office building in Bucharest in a unit of 92 sqm. The lease transaction was brokered by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. America House has a leasable area of approximately 28,000 square meters with a tenant list that includes Schlumberger, Mastercard and Tuca Zbarcea & Associates.
