Casa Cesianu reopens after €2m renovation

Following a €2m renovation, Casa Cesianu Museum reopened in Bucharest on June 22. Renovation work started at the end of 2013. Costs were covered by grants awarded through the Regional Operational Program.

Bucharest Mayor Sorin Oprescu attended the opening ceremony. β€œFor the first time since its entry into municipal heritage property register, Casa Cesianu will be organized into a modern museum whose permanent exhibition project will take the public back 300 years,” the mayor said. The museum is located on Calea Victoriei.
