The city of Casselberry will break ground on its new $34 million mixed use development on January 26th. The new project, Integra Lakes at Concord Village, will be located on U.S. Highway 17 & Triplet Lake Drive, between State Road 436 and Seminola Boulevard. The new development project will include a 203-unit apartment complex being developed by Lake Mary-based Integra Land Co. and several retail outparcels by Columbus, Ohio-based developer Casto. The first phase is slated for completion in spring 2017.
“This will mark an extraordinary moment in Casselberry,” Mayor Charlene Glancy said in a prepared statement. “The commission and city staff have worked long and hard to find the right combination of business partners and design to bring this to fruition. As the southern gateway to Seminole County, Casselberry will continue to offer a vibrant entrance with this new and exciting addition.”
