Catalan property developer Castellví is planning to build an office complex in Barcelona’s “22@” district. The project will go up on land that it currently owned by Stoneweg and Global Danbury. The office complex will include two eight-story buildings with an above-ground surface area of 26,000 sqm. Castellví is planning to invest €45m into the project, according to market sources.
