Catella has partnered with Kriton Immobilien to establish an asset management company. Catella Asset Management, to be headed by Andreas Hauff and Nicolas Hartel, will offer services to investors in Germany by a joint team of specialists from Catella and Kriton Immobilien. The Munich-based Kriton is an independent real estate investment manager that’s been active in Germany for the last decade. Catella, meanwhile, was established more than 30 years ago and operates in 14 countries, with around €5.6m in real estate assets under management.
