Catella Real Estate has acquired 277 residential units in Madrid, Barcelona and Berlin for its Catella Wohnen Europa residential property fund totaling €92.7m. The Spanish property acquisitions cover13,469 sqm of floorspace. The properties that were acquired in Madrid include the completely refurbished Genova 5 (24 units) for €23.9m and Alaró 4 (82 units) for €12.9m. Rambla Poblenou 124 in Barcelona was also part of the deal. The 59-unit scheme was acquired for around €23.7m.
