Cavatina Holding’s subsidiary obtained an investment loan of EUR 50 million from the German bank Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale.
The money will be allocated, inter alia, to for the refinancing of expenditure incurred on the construction of the Tischnera Office building in Kraków.
“The investment loan for refinancing the Tischnera Office investment is another financing obtained from a German bank with an attractive interest rate based on EURIBOR,” says Daniel Draga, vice president of Cavatina Holding. “In addition, as part of the diversification of financing sources, we will soon come out to Polish individual investors with a proposal to acquire bonds under the public issue program up to PLN 200 million,” he adds.
The value of the loan obtained from Norddeutsche Landesbank, Girozentrale is EUR 50 million, of which EUR 34.25 million will be allocated to the repayment of the loan taken from Alior Bank, and the remaining amount, about EUR 15.5 million, for the current investment activities of the Cavatina Holding Capital Group . The loan is repaid over a five-year period.
In December 2021, companies from the Cavatina Holding Group concluded loan agreements worth EUR 82 million and PLN 44.3 million with banks Berlin Hyp and Pekao for the financing of Global Office Park in Katowice. In the same month, PLN 116.8 million was obtained from one of the non-public funds, PZU, for the purpose of financing the construction of building D in the Quorum complex in Wrocław.
Tischnera Office, an office building built by the Cavatina Holding Group in Krakow, offers almost 34 thousand. sq m lease area. The lease level is almost 80%, and the tenants include Saber, Skanska, SII, Tyrens, drEryk and INNERGY. The property meets the BREEAM certification requirements at the Very Good level, and is also certified by the WELL Health-Safety Rating.
