CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of its Logistics Venture Fund, has acquired Building C at 7R Park Beskid I in the southwestern Bielsko-Biała region. The seller is 7R. The investment is a newly developed logistics warehouse located in Czechowice-Dziedzice that offers 15,000 sqm. Tenants include a sports equipment supplier, a dental and prosthetic supplies company as well as a logistics operator. Last year, CBRE Global Investors acquired Buildings A and B at the park with a combined area of 30,000 sqm.
