Penta appointed CBRE and DTZ as leasing agents at its Florentinum office project in Prague 1. DTZ will also be one of the building’s new tenants, relocating from Myslbek building at Na Příkopě. Two pre-contracts have already been signed: Ernst & Young will take 9,500 sqm and Havel, Holásek & Partners will move into 5,000 sqm. The 49,000 sqm Florentinum is currently 40 percent leased. The complex is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2013.
