The Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County has signed a new lease in the Countryside Towers office building in Clearwater. The new lease is for 20,365 square feet in the six story office building located at 2536 Countryside Boulevard. Built in 1974 and encompassing a total of 94,398 rentable square feet, the building is within walking distance of the Westfield Countryside Shopping Mall and has easy access to US Highway 19N. CBRE represented the landlord, Wilder Corporation, in the transaction. The new lease will take into effect April 1, 2016.
“Early Learning Coalition is a long-standing resident of Clearwater whose relocation north to Countryside will complement their existing Largo and St. Petersburg offices to provide more convenient access for their clients throughout the county,” said CBRE Vice President Hans Kanauth. “This is a substantial lease transaction for the property and one that will have a considerable impact on office space absorption in the Countryside submarket.”
