CBRE is pleased to announce that it advised to Toyota Boshoku, a Japanese-German automotive supplier. Thanks to assistance of CBRE, Toyota Boshoku succeeded to find premises that would suit to the company´s requirement. As a result, Boshoku has leased a total 3600 m sq of warehouse at CTPark Pilsen (Borská pole).
CTPark Plzen benefits from its advantageous location near the German border, excellent access on D5 Highway and close vicinity of Pilsen city centre. Public buses operate within the park connecting it to the city centre, residental and other commercial areas.
