New office supply on the Bucharest market is expected to hit 408,000 sqm this year, up from the 72,500 sqm delivered in 2015 and 10 percent more than what was reported in 2009.
āThe figures speak: business start-ups who need office space practically doubled the demand in the last two years, from 28,700 sqm in 2013 to 52 800 sqm in 2015,ā said Mihai Paduroiu, head of the office agency at CBRE Romania.
