5 January 2017

M7 Real Estate has tapped CBRE to manage two Hungarian retail centers it acquired last year, the Atom Center in Paks and Csillagvár in Budapest, and the Acélforma industrial hall in Dunaharaszti. Together, the mandate is to manage 22,000 sqm of property. M7 Real Estate controls 2 million sqm of of commercial real estate across Europe. While most of this is located in the UK, the Netherlands and Germany, it’s recently ramped up its CEE activities and is likely to complete further acquisitions in Hungary.

“We will focus on making both the Atom Center in Paks and the Csillagvár retail center in Óbuda attractive for both the tenants and visitors, and such an expert investor is a great partner in that,” said Zsolt Kákosy MRICS, MBA, CBRE’s Head of Asset Services.
