Jrb Orlando has tapped CBRE Industrial & Logistics to market a 115,180 sqf industrial asset in Orlando Central Park. Built in 1971 on Directors Row, the original building spans 51,221 sqf of which 8,830 sqf serves as open office space, a conference room, and a kitchen facility. An expansion in 1974 added an additional 63,959 sqf of warehouse space that features 24-foot clear-height ceilings, ten-by-ten dock high doors with dock levels, and ramp access to a covered loading dock area. The property is in Southwest Orlando, near Highways 528 and 408, with Orlando International Airport a 10 minute drive away. The asset will be represented by CBRE’s David Murphy and Monica Wonus.
“Building on solid economic growth, the overall industrial vacancy in the Orlando market is approaching lows that have not been seen since the previous market cycle more than eight years ago,” said David Murphy, CBRE Senior Vice President. “The property at 2216 Directors Row offers the opportunity to acquire a well-located, well-appointed logistics facility to provide goods to consumers as soon as possible,”
