CBRE has promoted Steve Lewis to lead the firm’s newly created student housing practice for Valuation & Advisory Services. Lewis will coordinate and develop a team of valuation and advisory specialists across the U.S with the aim of developing a national platform. Lewis has been with CBRE since 1998, during which time he has overseen the firm’s student housing practice in the south central region for the past 15 years. In all, Lewis has worked in 25 student/university housing markets.
