CBRE Global Investors finalized its takeover of Hillwood’s Polish portfolio, which includes four standing logistic parks, totaling 220,608 sqm, as well as two development schemes, currently underway, totaling 134,165 sqm of space. The projects include 7R Logistic Centre Gdansk (122,564 sqm), Hillwood Bielsko-Biala (41,540 sqm), Ozarow I (2,460 sqm), Ozarow II (29,713 sqm) and Warsaw Park (23,815 sqm with an additional 7,600 sqm planned). The deal also includes Hillwood’s German portfolio, totaling 71,684 sqm.
