CBRE Global Investors acquired an additional 10,127 sqm of warehouse and office space at Ideal Idea Park in Warsaw from BPH Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. CBRE GI acquired 30,596 sqm of space in the complex in December 2014.
Ideal Idea Park is located 1,500 meters from the Chopin International Airport. “The number of potential investments within this area is highly limited. This is why we see this investment as a great opportunity,” said John Mulqueen, head of CBRE Global Investors’ EMEA capital market division. “Thanks to the two transactions, we’re enjoying a dominant position within this area.”
