CBRE|Hampton Roads has promoted Perry Frazer to executive vice president effective immediately. In addition of his new role, Frazer will continue as the managing director of CBRE’s regional office. Frazer joind CBRE in 1996 and has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. A graduate of University of Virginia, Frazer has twice been awarded the Hunter A. Hogan Award for being the region’s highest producing broker.
