Cortland Partners has disposed of the Vista at Lost Lake apartment complex in a $75 million transaction. Located in the Orlando sub-market of Clermont at 2550 Citrus Tower Blvd, the 468 unit community changed hands for just over $160,255 per unit. Built in two phases in 2007 and 2014, the property sits on more than 39 acres. CBRE Group Inc.’s Shelton Granade, Luke Wickham and Justin Basquill represented the seller. “The seller of this gated community recently made significant interior upgrades that are likely to provide meaningful rent gains in this high-growth corridor,” said CBRE Vice Chairman Shelton Granade. “New ownership intends to make additional amenity improvements to further secure the asset’s position as best-in-class in the submarket.”
